How long does shipping take for custom lifeguard uniforms?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, but custom embroidered or screen-printed uniforms require an additional 7-10 business days for processing before shipment.
What is your return policy on swimwear?
We accept returns on unworn swimwear within 30 days of purchase, provided all original tags and hygienic liners are intact. Please note that custom-printed team suits are final sale.
Do you offer bulk discounts for aquatic facilities?
Yes, we offer competitive volume pricing for community pools, waterparks, and YMCA locations. Please contact our sales team directly to set up a facility account.
Are your rescue tubes and cans Coast Guard approved?
All of our primary rescue equipment meets or exceeds industry safety standards. Specific certifications, such as USCG approval, are listed on individual product pages where applicable.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
