At The Lifeguard Store, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized apparel and used swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and production standards.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in resalable condition to avoid restocking fees.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
